CleanSmart online store accepts orders for delivery and pickup only for Greece & Cyprus. The shipping methods available are:
- Shipping to the customer's premises
- Pick up from the nearest BoxNow Lockers nearest to you
- Pickup from the nearest Courier store (in case of inaccessible destination)
- Pick-up from the Store
Shipping to the Customer's Location
The online or telephone order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer when registering their order. The Company shall deliver the order on a case-by-case basis according to the means specified below:
Within Attica
Orders involving delivery in Attica are sent by Courier, BoxNow or by our company's carrier.
Transport costs: The cost is automatically calculated based on total weight of the items in the order.
FREE Shipping: For all orders worth 99€ and more with a delivery address within Attica (with the exception of remote areas).
In the Province
Orders for delivery in the Province are sent by Courier and BoxNow.
Transport costs:The cost is automatically calculated based on total weight of the items in the order.
To Island
Orders involving delivery to an Island Destination are shipped by Courier and BoxNow.
Transport costs:The cost is automatically calculated based on total weight of the items in the order.
To Cyprus
Orders for delivery in Cyprus are shipped with BoxNow.
Transport costs:The cost is automatically calculated based on total weight of the items in the order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DELIVERY HOURS:Your order will be delivered from Monday to Friday during working hours (09:00 - 17:00) except weekends and holidays.
DELIVERY TIME:The delivery time from the day your order is dispatched will not exceed one (1) to two (2) working days. In case of Courier delivery, you can contact them by phone or search your order online with the voucher number you will receive in your order confirmation email.
AVAILABILITY: In the event that a product is not available according to the availability status indicated, then a representative will contact you in order to inform you in detail and assist you with the smooth processing of your order.
DISTRICT AREAS: If the delivery address corresponds to a Disconnected Area then the order will be sent for pickup at the nearest Courier store to the address. The transport costs (Attica, Province, Island) are valid for sending the order to the nearest Courier store.
Pick-up from the store
Pick up your Electronic or Phone order from our company's store. After we receive your order, you will be notified either by phone or email of the receipt of your order.
- The pick-up times are the store's opening hours according to its official opening hours.
- The cost for pickup from the store is FREE of charge
