All payment transactions by credit/debit card are executed in the secure environment of Alpha Bank using SSL‑128 bit encryption. Users must treat any information provided via the service as confidential.

CleanSmart G.P. is committed to the quality and accuracy of the information posted regarding its products and services, subject to typographical errors or technical issues. Prices include VAT (24%) and refer to items available in our warehouses. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Limitation of Liability
CleanSmart G.P. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from execution or non‑execution of customer orders, nor does it guarantee product availability; however, customers will be informed promptly in cases of non‑availability.
User Responsibility
Users agree not to utilise the site for posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content, nor content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains viruses, or violates applicable legislation.
Code of Conduct

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, returning the products in their original condition to the company’s premises at the customer’s expense, unless the goods are defective.
Return of Defective Products
If a product is delivered defective, CleanSmart G.P. will bear the cost of return, provided it is reported within seven calendar days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch via telephone (+30 210 6646 518) or e‑mail (info@cleansmart.gr). After dispatch, transport costs are borne by the customer.
Supplier Liability & Warranty
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers. CleanSmart G.P. bears no responsibility for manufacturer compliance.
