MATRIKX CTO filters are manufactured by the American filter manufacturer Kxtechnologies and are among the most recognized carbon block filters in the world. 

MATRIKX® CTO® filters improve taste and remove solid particles, chlorine taste and odor, and organic chemical compounds from water, aqueous solutions or suspensions. The Matrikx range incorporates GreenBlock technology, which uses coconut shell carbon to deliver improved performance and eco-sustainability. All cartridges are manufactured to ISO 9001 and 14001 certified standards, certified to NSF/ANSI 42 Standard for material safety, California Proposition 65 compliant and performance validated by independent laboratories.

2. Nominal particle rating (5µm) is for >85% of a given size as determined by single-pass particle count results.
